Whether you want to work out on your own or with the assistance of one of our expert Private Trainers, every last detail of our Club has been designed to complement your lifestyle and help you meet your goals. From building strength and flexibility to pre and postnatal programs, there’s no better place to become your best you.

To help you get started, your membership includes two Private Training sessions in the discipline of your choice. Based on your personal goals, we will work to match you with the trainer best suited to help you achieve success, whether it is one of our expert Yoga Instructors, skilled Sports Coaches or one of our award-winning Private Trainers. Drawing on degrees in exercise science or related fields, and/or certification from ACSM, NASM, and NSCA, our fitness professionals are uniquely qualified to help you find the motivation you need to get the most out of your workout regimen.

After evaluating your health history, lifestyle, and goals, your personal trainer will work with you to design a bespoke program to meet your needs. You’ll combine weight training, cardio, and flexibility to optimize your investment in wellbeing. As you progress, your trainer will modify your program and help you set new goals.

Cardiovascular Conditioning

A key component to overall fitness is cardiovascular conditioning. Which is why we offer an extensive range of advanced, computerized equipment including treadmills, recumbent bikes, rowing machines, cross conditioners, and much more.Get your heart pumping on the latest equipment from Cybex®, Stairmaster®, and Precor®. Keep monotony away with cutting-edge audio/visual technology with surround sound and personal televisions right on your machine. Our fitness professionals are available to acclimate you to the floor and familiarize you with our state-of-the-art equipment.
